Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This is our name change service. If you purchase our service/product, the charges for application drafting, newspaper publication, and government fees will not be refunded.

If you have made a duplicate payment, please inform us within 7 to 8 days.We will identify the duplicate payment and, upon confirmation, refund the amount to the account from which the duplicate payment was made within 7 – 8 business days.

Cancellation

Upon receiving your documents, if you cancel the payment immediately. We will then deduct the consultation charge of Rs. 1000 and refund the entire amount.

Upon preparing the draft of your affidavit, if you decide to cancel it, we will deduct our service charge of Rs. 2,000 from the total amount paid and refund the remaining
balance to you.

When the advertisement is printed in the newspaper, if you decide to cancel it, we will deduct the newspaper's advertisement charge and refund your money.

Once your application is ready, if you choose to cancel it, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the newspaper charge and application draft
charge.

After you submit your file to the government office, we will not provide any refunds.
