- A registered rental lease agreement, applicable for tenants.
- The land ownership records of the Revenue Department, which include the Kisan Bahi.
- Indian passport
- Current passbook of bank or post office
- Aadhaar card
- Utility bills, like water, electricity, or gas bills, must not be older than one year.
